Mindfulness Coach

Certified Mindfulness Coach, Cathy Riva, guides corporate teams and educators on a journey to find life and workplace balance through a variety of mindfulness techniques designed to allow participants to focus on moment-to-moment awareness, without judgment. Workshop topics include: integrative acupressure, movement, meditation, restorative sound, breath work, parenting children with anxiety, among other areas.
The effects of practicing mindfulness in the workplace include improved attention, and reduced stress. As a result, participants learn to better regulate emotions, feel compassion, and become more productive and focused.

“The mindful eating class with Cathy Riva gave Whole Foods customers an opportunity to learn new perspectives on our mind, body, food connection. We practiced releasing emotions in a healthy way and how to use food as fuel, thoughtfully and mindfully.”
Karen Greene, Whole Foods Market Metro Marketing Team Leader
